This application enables users to efficiently manage their availability, accept or reject shifts, log travel kilometers, view shift documents, assess shift worth, submit timesheets, and navigate through an intuitive dashboard.

Key features of the application include:

• Push Notifications: Users receive immediate updates regarding available shifts, alerts for upcoming shifts, helpful notes, and other essential communications.
• Availability: Staff can view and enter casual availability for up to four weeks, including options for high-priority standby, double shifts, and days off.
• My Shifts: Accept or decline assigned shifts instantly without the need for phone calls. Users can also view confirmed shifts, add them to their calendar, and receive GPS directions along with critical travel and facility information.
• Released Shifts: Staff can quickly accept or decline available standard shifts that are open to a broader group of users. Timeliness in acceptance is key.
• Timesheets: Submitting timesheets is made simple; users can select their shift, follow prompts, and complete submissions in seconds with a quick photo capture.
• Personal & Contact Details: Users have the ability to update their personal work and emergency contact information at their convenience.
• Preferences: The application empowers staff to communicate their preferences regarding availability, contact methods, travel times, and work arrangements directly to the agency.
